AHOY!!!!!!

Since developing my resort wear line of jewelry some of my followers and customers have poised the question “what is resort wear in terms of fashion”.  While everyone has their own style which I believe is different from fashion (a debate that I often comment upon in forums and twitter conversations) Resort wear is a casual elegance that comes out mainly on vacations, it’s that happy beautiful balance between sexy, fun and comfort.  Everyone wants to look good on vacation like the pictures you see of celebrities strolling down a desolate beach somewhere.  I think we can all agree, that carefree attitude has a very sexy look to it.  This is my best example of what resort wear is. I would like to briefly give examples of what resort wear is to me and why I developed a line of jewelry that compliments my take on this fantastic area of fashion.

These are hot, hot, hot!!!! Perfect for strolling around some palm tree-lined streets.  Pair these shoes or any shoes like them with a beautiful cuff bracelet like the one below and get the resort look!

Use the tan color in the bracelet to tie back to the gold in the shoes and let the all the different shades of blues work to make a striking eye-catching look!

I personally feel if you pair a nice size pair of Chandelier earrings into this outfit then you have taken the look from great to amazing.  My recommendation would be these Swarovski crystal earrings that will shine and sparkle in the sun drenched resort!

One more look that I am in love with when it comes to resort wear are pieces like these…. I think these models are a little naked on the wrists so I would match it up with 1 or 2 bracelets maybe a bangle bracelet or even a dangling charm bracelet.

I think by now that you get the idea that resort wear to me is flowing, colorful and yet elegant, making colorful crystal jewelry one of the most complimentary accessories a woman could own!
